The celebrations are going on in full swing at the Deol household with the upcoming wedding of Karan Deol with Drisha Acharya. On Friday evening, the family hosted the Sangeet ceremony amid friends and close ones. But what stole the show during the event was the dance performance put up by Karan’s grandfather Dharmendra.
Dharmendra dance at Yamla Pagla Deewana
The Sangeet night was quite an entertaining one at Deol household. But the star attraction had to be Dharmendra ji’s dance. The veteran actor brought out his signature Punjabi moves on the dance floor. He performed at his iconic track Yamla Pagla Deewana with the groom. The adulation in Karan’s eyes for his grandfather and the happiness of Dharmedra ji’s face made the performance all the more adorable. Even everyone present around had a big smile on their faces seeing the legend dance.

Karan’s dance at his sangeet
After doing a jugalbandi with his grandfather, Karan continued his solo performance on the same song. He did the memorable dance steps of his dadu and looked the sweetest groom as he did that. His designer black sherwani just accentuated the whole performance, but his smile was his best accessory.
Apart from the grandfather-grandson duo, even Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol performed at the sangeet. While Sunny danced on Main Nikla Gaddi Leke from Gadar, Bobby gave a romantic performance with wife Tanya Deol. Abhay Deol looked quite dapper in his pink sherwani too.
Karan Deol and Drisha Acharya wedding
Karan and Drisha have been together for a while, and will tie the knot in Mumbai on June 18. Interestingly, the discussion on the wedding started at Dharmendra’s house only. A while ago, the veteran actor has praised his soon-to-be great daughter-in-law, calling her ‘beautiful’ and ‘sensible’. Here’s wishing the soon-to-be wed couple a big congratulations and a lifetime of happiness together.
