Dhoom 3 makes more than Rs.500 Cr worldwide

Dhoom 3, starring Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif has been breaking records one after the other, and now it seems that they have set the record of being the first Bollywood movie that has crossed the Rs. 500 crore mark at Box Office worldwide. This highly successful movie has collected Rs. 350 crores in India and around Rs. 150 crores worldwide.

As per sources, this action thriller that has always been a craze for its deadly stunts with bikes and action scenes has collected around Rs. 350 Crores. “‘Dhoom:3’ continues to create history at both the Indian and overseas box office. It is now officially the first Indian film to cross Rs. 500 crore worldwide,” the film’s production banner, Yash Raj Films revealed on Monday.

The action-thriller, directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, was reportedly released in 4500 screens across the country and 820 screens overseas. It also has Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra playing the role of Jai Dixit and Ali, as they have been doing it from the inception.
