Dhoom 4: John Abraham making a comeback in the hit YRF franchise?

John Abraham was recently seen in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan. The actor who plays an antagonist in the movie won hearts with his performance. Here is some good news for John Abraham fans, rumours abound that he is making a comeback in YRF’s Dhoom franchise once again.

John Abraham in YRF’s Dhoom 4…

John Abraham was seen as Kabir in Dhoom a criminal with a mind of a genius. He left fans swooning over his good looks in the YRF franchise. Post the success of Pathaan, the Batla House star is keen on doing an action flick. YRF’s head honcho Aditya Chopra is also planning to revive the Dhooom franchise. Reportedly, he is holding meetings for the same.

As informed by sources to Bollywood Hungama, “Earlier this year John Abraham broke the mould with his performance in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan. His rendition of the main villain certainly created waves, and the audience too loved his performance. So if Yash Raj Films is looking to cast him yet again in a negative role it will come as no surprise.”

“There could be more truth to it than any other rumour. In fact, for the past couple of days, there have been daily meetings at YRF and John has been seen attending these meetings on multiple occasions. If anything is finalized, it will be at one of these meets,” added sources.

Forget Villains.. not even any Heroes have given this much charisma before and even after Kabir, 17 years gone past.

The first part of Dhoom had an open-ended climax with no clarity of whether John’s character survived or not. Therefore there is a possibility to see him make a return to the Dhoom franchise. But there has been no confirmation of the same as yet from the makers or John himself. But if the reports do come true then it will be quite exciting to watch John in the Dhoom franchise once again.
