Diana Penty pulls off a frill look with panache at Cannes 2023

Cannes Film Festival 2023 is seeing a huge representation from Indian cinema. Sara Ali Khan started Indian appearance at the French Riviera on Day 1, and since then, many Bollywood names have joined the list. Diana Penty is also making an appearance at Cannes this year and her looks are really to die for.

Diana Penty chooses black for her second look

For her second look at Cannes, Diana chose to wear a full-sleeved short glittery black dress with frills. While frills might not be easy to pull off for everyone but Diana does it with elegance and grace. The tied up hair, smoky eyes and minimal jewellery just make the whole look quite classy. The dress is a creation of German fashion designer Philipp Plein.

Diana’s first look was all glitter

Diana’s second look became all the more interesting as it is in complete contrast to her first. The actress chose for a Falguni and Shane Peacock creation for her first look at Cannes 2023. It was all about glitter and pastel colour with beaded embroidery. She is indeed pulling off all stops at the Cannes Film Festival. Diana landed up in France on Friday and served a cool white and denim look from there to begin her trip.

On the professional front

Diana achieved high popularity with her debut film Cocktail, co-starring Deepika Padukone and Saif Ali Khan, in 2012. Post that, she did some good work in films like Happy Bhaag Jayegi and Parmanu. Her last release was the Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi starrer Selfiee. She played Akshay’s wife in the film that released in February this year.

Now, she reportedly has Abhishek Kapoor’s next. The film allegedly also marks the debut of Raveena Tandon’s daughter Rasha Thadani and Ajay Devgn’s nephew Aman Devgn.
