Did Harsh Gujral just confirm Arjun Kapoor’s relationship status post breakup with Malaika Arora? Here’s what we know

Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Rakul Preet Singh and Harsh Gujral were recently in Delhi to promote their rom-com Mere Husband Ki Biwi. While the grooved on song’s from film they even interacted with media and fans there. During the interaction, when the actors were asked about relationships and tragedies in it, Harsh Gujral dropped a hint about him and Arjun Kapoor being single.

The film’s team discussed love triangles and relationship boundaries during the event. During this Harsh made a remark confirming his and Arjun’s relationship status. He said, “Mere liye ye sach hai ki mere real life mein abhi ek bhi nahi, main single chal raha hu. Aur Arjun bhai bhi real life mein single chal rahein hai. Toh hum log ye film ke liye kar rahe hail (For me, the truth is that there is no one in my real life right now, I am single. And Arjun bhai is also single in real life. So, we are doing this for the film).” This confirmation comes after Arjun hinted at his breakup with Malaika Arora. A few days back, the Singham Again actor went on a reality show where Malaika was a judge and he praised her for her performance.

Kapoor further elaborated on the distinction between being single and being in a committed relationship, emphasising the importance of respecting boundaries. “See, if you’re single, it’s different and when you’re with someone, it’s different. When you are single, in a colloquial way, you can ‘have fun’. But when you are in a relationship, you cannot do this.”

About the movie

Mere Husband Ki Biwi will also feature Dino Morea, Harsh Gujral, and Shakti Kapoor. The film will release in theatres on February 21, 2025. Directed by Mudassar Aziz, it promises a rollercoaster ride of laughter, love, and entertainment.
