Did Ileana reject Diljit Dosanjh’s film for Ajay Devgn’s ‘Raid’?

If reports are to be believed then Ileana D’Cruz has apparently ditched Diljit Dosanjh for Ajay Devgn. The actress was supposed to be a part of the singer-turned-actor’s next project, but she seems to have backed out from the film. Diljit Dosanjh would be next seen in a biopic of hockey player Sandeep Singh. Ileana was supposed to play Diljit’s love interest in this film but before she could sign the dotted line, the makers of Ajay Devgn’s next film ‘Raid’ offered her a role in this film.

A source reveals to a daily, “All that was left for Ileana to do, was sign on the dotted line. However, she is not doing the film anymore. The dates for both, Diljit and Ajay’s films, were clashing. She decided to choose the latter.”

Now we do not know how much of this is true, but if yes, then it would be second time that Ileana would be collaborating with Ajay. They will be seen sharing the screen space in ‘Baadshaho’. Ileana plays the love interest of Ajay in this film that also stars Emraan Hashmi, Esha Gupta and Vidyut Jammwal. ‘Baadshaho’ will be making it to the theatres on September 1, 2017. Ileana’s last venture was ‘Mubarakan’ wherein she was seen alongside Arjun Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Athiya Shetty. The film managed to do well at the box office. Now, we look forward to ‘Baadshaho’.
