Did Sara Ali Khan reject ‘Baaghi 3’ opposite Tiger Shroff?

Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan marked her Bollywood debut with Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Kedarnath’. The movie, that also featured Sushant Singh Rajput, went on to mint a lot of money at the box-office. Her second film ‘Simmba’ co-starring Ranveer Singh also went on to be a major blockbuster. With two back to back hits, the young beauty was praised for her fine acting skills.

In ‘Kedarnath’, Sara had ample screen time. She was completely overshadowed by Ranveer Singh in ‘Simmba’. It now seems that Sara is not in a mood to settle in the role of a eye candy in her future projects.

As per a Zoom report, Sara has turned down the offer to star opposite Tiger Shroff in ‘Baaghi 3’. Apparently, the reason Sara refused the offer is that she does not get enough screen-time in the action dhamaka. Sara Ali Khan is quite sure that she wants her presence in the film that she signs in the future.

As we all know, ‘Baaghi’ and ‘Baaghi 2’ were huge hits at the box-office. While the first installment saw Shraddha Kapoor romancing Tiger, the second part witnessed Disha Patani opposite Tiger. Considering the humongous success of the two installments, the third too might score big at the box office. It looks like Sara is keen on having a meaty role.

Sara Ali Khan is reportedly showing interest in playing the female lead in the upcoming Abhinav Bindra biopic. The Kannan Iyer directorial will have Harshvardhan Kapoor playing the protagonist. The film is expected to go on floors soon.
