Actor Athiya Shetty and cricketer KL Rahul tied the knot on 23rd January 2024. Since it has been a year, it is natural that people start speculating about pregnancy. Speaking of which, Suniel Shetty made a statement on his dance reality show, Dance Deewane which sparked the pregnancy rumours between Athiya and Rahul. The previous episode was a special grandparents episode and host Bharti Singh asked him how would he behave when he becomes a nana.

Reacting to it, the Dhadkan actor said, “Yes, next season when I come I will be walking on the stage like a Nana.” The moment he said that fans just couldn’t stop drawing lines if the two were expecting their first child. However, they have not confirmed nor dropped any hints on their pregnancy news, but Athiya Shetty’s father Suniel Shetty is surely grabbing everyone’s attention now.

Suniel Shetty on judging dance reality show

The Hera Pheri actor has become a judge for Dance Deewane along with Madhuri Dixit. Speaking about his experience as a judge, he said, “I feel honoured to be part of Dance Deewane as a judge for the first time along with the seasoned judge of the show and queen of dance Madhuri Dixit Nene. Madhuri and I are sure that this season’s deewangi will win over everyone’s dhadkan. It will be exciting to watch the inspiring journey that each dancer brings to this stage.
