Ever since the first look of Ranbir Kapoor was released from his upcoming film Animal, the actor has been getting a lot of appreciation for it. The audience loved his heavy bearded and long hair look. Then the teaser of Animal gave a glimpse into the actor’s different looks in the film. While the actor’s transformation is getting a lot of praise, the actor revealed all the changes he had to undergo to get to that.

A video of Ranbir from a live interactive session surfaced online that sees the actor talk about the changes he made in his life for Animal. In that video, the actor revealed that he shaved his head for the last scene of the film. He said, “Maine Animal ke liye na pura baal shave kar diya tha… Maine wo last scene ke liye pura shave kar diya tha. To isliye baal abhi uga raha hoon main. (i shaved my whole head for Animal’s last scene. So, now I am growing my hair back).”
The actor also showed his quirky side as he said that he is gorging on food because of ‘berozgaari’ (no work). He added, “Kyunki maine itne lifestyle change kar dia hai mera, smoking quit kar ke to..usme main wo aur chocolates daba raha hu (Since I have changed my lifestyle, I have quit smoking…so I am eating chocolates).”

Animal details
Ranbir is sporting some different looks in Animal. While the first look revealed had his long hair and heavy beard one, the first song from the film, Hua Main sees his young, clean-shaven look. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial also features Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Triptii Dimri. Animal has a theatrical release date of December 1, where it will clash with Vicky Kaushal starrer Sam Bahadur.
As for Ranbir, the actor also gave an update on Brahmastra 2 during the live session. He shared that Ayan Mukerji has narrated the film to him and it’s ’10 times bigger’ than Part 1. They are expecting to take the film on floors by 2024 end or 2025 start, after Ayan wraps up War 2. Apart from that, he is also rumoured to be a part of Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, alongside Sai Pallavi and Yash.
