The recent reports state that Dilip and Saira have now sent a defamation notice to Sameer Bhojwani for harassing as well as conspiring to take over their property. Talking about the case, Saira Banu told IANS, “It is disheartening to go through such a tumultuous phase at this age. The property rightfully belongs to Yusuf Khan saheb (Dilip Kumar). We neither have the support nor the strength to go through this continuous harassment by Sameer Bhojwani, whose only focus seems to usurping our land,

The actress further shared how Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis had promised to help them but he is yet to do anything. The couple is hoping that at least Prime Minister Narendra Modi will help them soon.

Saira added, “If this is the fate a person like Yusuf saheb, awarded the Padma Vibhushan and who is synonymous with acting in India, and has to undergo all this, imagine the plight of a commoner. We are hoping and praying that PM saab and CM saab will do something on priority,”

Saira and Dilip Kumar now have filed a 200 crore defamation suit against Sameer Bhojwani and their notice states that the money is not paid within 10 days then they will go ahead and file a criminal proceedings case against the builder.
