A few days back, legendary actor Dilip Kumar’s brothers Aslam and Eshan Khan were rushed to the hospital and later they had tested positive for the deadly Coronavirus. Earlier today, the veteran actor’s younger brother Aslam breathed his last in Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital. He was 88-year-old.

According to ANI report, Aslam had diabetes, hypertension and ischaemic heart disease apart from being positive for Covid-19.

News agency ANI tweeted, “Aslam Khan, younger brother of veteran actor Dilip Kumar passed away early morning today. He had diabetes, hypertension and ischaemic heart disease and had tested positive for #COVID19: Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai”

Both Aslam and Eshan Khan were admitted to Lilavati hospital last Saturday after they complained of restlessness. Later when they tested for Covid-19 their condition was critical. Earlier a doctor treating both of them had told the Times Of India, “They are critical because of their age and comorbidities. Their vital organs are beginning to become a cause of concern.”
