Dilwale’s weekend collection on home turf is indeed impressing

Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon starrer ‘Dilwale’ which hit the theatres on December 18 opened to an overwhelming response. Well, before its release the tickets were already sold out for the opening day and the scenario was quite the same on the following days. Multiplexes ran houseful with multiple screens dedicated only to film ‘Dilwale.’ Even though it had a tough competition from Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra starrer ‘Bajirao Mastani’ the box office collection of ‘Dilwale’ is indeed impressive.

According to the reports, ‘Dilwale’ has already crossed 100 crores mark overseas. Talking about the money earned by the film on home turf, the weekend collections sum up to approximately 65 crores. According to the trade analyst, Taran Adarsh ‘Dilwale’s’ weekend collection was 65.09 crores. Giving the box-office collection breakup, Taran Adarsh posted;
