Dimple Kapadia’s nephew Karan’s debut film ‘Blank’ to release on THIS date

Earlier this year, news of Dimple Kapadia‘s nephew and late actress- designer Simple Kapadia’s son, Karan Kapadia making his silver screen debut started doing the rounds. Karan’s debut film an action-packed entertainer was supposed to release this year, but now it has got a new release date.

Helmed by Behzad Khambata, the film is titled ‘Blank’ and also stars Sunny Deol in a pivotal role.  Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter announcing the release date of ‘Blank’. He wrote, “Dimple Kapadia’s nephew Karan Kapadia to make his acting debut with #Blank… Stars Sunny Deol in a pivotal role… Directed by Behzad Khambata… Produced by Dr. Shrikant Bhasi, Nishant Pitti, Tony D’Souza and Vishal Rana… 11 Jan 2019 release… Official announcement”

Talking about Sunny being a part of this film, producer Tony D’Souza had previously told a leading daily, “When Behzad (director) finished the script, he felt Sunny was apt for a particular role. Behzad is a huge fan of Mr. Deol and has grown up watching his films.”

Karan has worked as an assistant director previously and has learnt acting in Jeff Goldberg Studio in Mumbai. For his debut film, he learned to ride a horse, bike, swimming and also underwent martial arts training.

So now we have yet another star kid on the block, let’s see if he lives up to everyone’s expectations.
