Is Disha Patani back to starring opposite Tiger Shroff in ‘Student Of The Year 2’?

Youngsters Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra, who made their debut with Karan Johar’s ‘Student Of The Year’, went on to make it big in the industry. This is the reason that everyone has been eagerly waiting to know who will be the next lucky ones to feature in ‘SOTY 2’.

While Dharma Productions has already announced Tiger Shroff as the male lead of the film, there have been a lot of speculations about the female leads. It was recently announced that Sara Ali Khan will be starring in Karan Johar’s next, but will that be ‘SOTY 2’, is still a mystery. Further there were rumours of Tiger’s present girlfriend, Disha Patani too being a part of it, but later reports suggested that she has been replaced by Sara. However, Sara being the replacement in ‘SOTY 2’ was refuted later on.

Now, some reports say that filmmaker Punit Malhotra, who is helming ‘SOTY 2’, is still interested to cast Disha in the film. It was just few days back that Punit and Disha had shot for a commercial together, and former was mighty impressed with the talent of latter.

Now we wonder whether Disha is still in the film or has replaced Sara? Or whether both the actresses are a part of the sequel.

However, an official statement from Dharma Productions on the sane is awaited.

Well, it will be quite interesting to watch Tiger and Disha’s real life chemistry on screen, in reel life.
