Bollywood, the world of glitz and glamour is one of the most coveted option for many youngsters who dream of making it big and live a lavish lifestyle. But not many know that there are many actors in Bollywood for whom a career in acting was not really a dream. One of them being the ‘Baaghi 2’ star, Disha Patani. Her candid revelation about her career will surprise you.
Disha Patani is a hot favorite on social media, her glamorous avatars and resplendent fashion sense are often the talk of the town. Her sizzling Instagram pics raise the temperatures to a new high each time. Disha is also garnering appreciation for her role in the action thriller, ‘Baaghi 2‘ that went on to mint a whopping amount of Rs. 250 crores at the box-office. Though she is happy with the response to her film, the actress in a candid conversation reveals that she had never dreamt of being an actress.

She said, “I remember I could never imagine being an actor because that’s something I did not do when I was young. I was more into studies and I wanted to be a pilot but somehow I think destiny favoured me. I won some competition in Mumbai and I started coming to this city. I was studying B. Tech at that time. I started with a few TV commercials and quickly realized that I couldn’t live in Noida and work in Mumbai.”
Today, Disha is one of the top actress in Bollywood; in addition to fame, she has apparently found love in her co-star, Tiger Shroff. Though they are often spotted on outings and vacationing in exotic places, the duo have never confirmed the rumours nor denied it.
In an interview with Mumbai Mirror, the actress had said that she prefers to keep her personal life away from public glare.
She added, “I want to keep my life as personal as possible. If I was planning something, I wouldn’t share it. It’s my house, my car, my life and I want to keep these things private.”
On the work front, Disha has bagged a role in the Salman Khan starrer, ‘Bharat’. The movie that is going to be directed by Ali Abbas Zafar brings back the hit jodi of Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra after a long gap. The movie that is an official remake of a Korean film, ‘An Ode to my Father’ will have Salman portray the role of a man from 18 to 80-year-old. It is produced by Salman Khan’s brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri and is set to hit the screens in Eid 2019.
