Dulquer Salmaan shares the first poster of his ‘brother’ Saiju Kurup Upacharapoorvam Gunda Jayan on latter’s birthday

Dulquer Salmaan, who recently turned producer as well, is producing his friend, more like a brother, Saiju Kurup starrer Upacharapoorvam Gunda Jayan under Wayfarer Films, his production house. On Saiju Kurup’s birthday today, Dulquer shared the first look poster of the film as part of his celebratory plan. The handsome actor also wrote a sweet birthday note for his friend. Dulquer wrote that he wishes happiness, good cheer, and health to his friend.

While sharing the first poster of Upacharapoorvam Gunda Jayan, Dulquer Salmaan wrote, “Here is a first look poster from Upacharapoorvam Gunda Jayan ! This film marks my brother Saiju Kurup’s 100th film. And today being his birthday what better gift than to share this poster. We at Wayfarer Films are extremely happy to be a part of this lovely film and team. Happy Birrhday Saiju Bhai !!! Here’s wishing you 100s more and all happiness, good cheer and health.”

Upacharapoorvam Gunda Jayan is directed by Arun Vaiga and has been scripted by Rajesh Varma. The film also stars Premam actors Siju Wilson and Shabareesh Varma.

Dulquer Salmaan, in the meanwhile, has several projects in his pipeline. He recently wrapped up the shoot of Hey Sinamika, where he is sharing screen space with Kajal Aggarwal and Aditi Rao Hydari. He will later have another Malayalam film Kurup releasing. More recently, DQ also shared the first look of his next film Salute where he will be playing a police officer.
