Dunki: Shah Rukh Khan starrer sends internet into a frenzy as NEW poster surfaces online

The year 2023 undoubtedly belongs to Shah Rukh Khan. He began it by breaking box office records with Pathaan. Then, he took those records even higher with his last release Jawan. Shah Rukh Khan is all set to close the year in style too with Dunki. And the film is in headlines again as a new poster of Dunki has surfaced online.

Shah Rukh Khan starrer Dunki gets a NEW poster

On Saturday, a new poster of Dunki surfaced online which sent the internet into a frenzy. The poster has SRK’s back towards the camera as he is in a desert, carrying his bags and staring in the distance. It also has the tagline ‘A soldier’s journey to keep a promise’ with the release date December 21, 2023. It is being touted as the international release date for Dunki.

Dunki is directed by Rajkumar Hirani and talks about donkey immigration. It is a form of an illegal immigration process and the film also stars Taapsee Pannu. This marks the first collaboration between SRK and Hirani. The duo had made the announcement for the film last year.

After the magnanimous successes of Pathaan and Jawan this year, there were reports stating that Dunki might get a new release date in 2024. However, SRK put all those rumours to rest at the Jawan success press interaction. The superstar confirmed that he will keep the promise of Christmas with Dunki. The film has an Indian release date of December 22, 2023, where it will clash with Prabhas starrer Salaar: Part 1 Ceasefire. It will reportedly release a day prior in the international market.
