‘ELKDTAL’: Did you know the star cast signed the movie without knowing the climax?

‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ is Sonam Kapoor and Anil Kapoor’s first movie together as father-daughter. The movie has a unique storyline and it has been creating the right buzz since the release of its trailer. Bollywood actor Brijendra Kala who was seen in movies like ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, ‘PK’, ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’, ‘Zero’, and other films is also a part of ‘ELKDTAL’ and in an interview, he has spoken about the climax of the movie.

During an interview with ZoomTV.com, Kala said that when the film was narrated to them, the makers kept the climax hidden. “It was during the shoot that things started to get interesting when we learned how the story unfolds. During the shoot also, we didn’t know what’s going to happen next,” added Kala.

Kala is playing Anil Kapoor’s office boy Chaubey in the movie. His character is funny and talking about his experience, he said that it was a memorable working with Anil Kapoor. This is Kala’s first movie with Anil. He said “It was a very energetic experience. Anil ji is a great co-star. He makes sure to get closely involved with the supporting cast members. He’s such a fun-loving person.”

He will also be seen in Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Bharat’ that has Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Tabu, and Sunil Grover among others.

Talking about ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’, it also has Rajkummar Rao and Juhi Chawla in pivotal roles. Produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, the movie is directed by Shelly Chopra Dhar. It is slated to release on February 1, 2019.
