‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’: Anil Kapoor shares a new poster on his birthday

Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor are all set to share screen space for the first time in their career in the upcoming release ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’. The movie, that is being directed by Shelly Chopra Dhar, is based on an interesting storyline and also features Juhi Chawla and Rajkummar Rao in pivotal roles.

Today, ‘Nayak’ actor Anil Kapoor, who is celebrating his 62nd birthday has shared a new poster of the film that showcases the bond shared by a father and daughter.

Teasers and posters of the film have revealed that the film is based on a sensitive subject. It is being reported that the story of the film revolves around a father’s love story and how his daughter reacts to it. Speculations abound that the movie deals with the subject of homosexuality with Sonam playing the role of a homosexual. There are also rumours that it is not Sonam, but Rajkummar Rao who will be playing a gay character in the movie.

The trailer of the film will be unveiled on December 27, 2018. Maybe, it will put some light on the story of the movie. The movie, that is being produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, will be releasing on February 1, 2019.

On the work front, Anil Kapoor also has ‘Takht’ with Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor and others. He also has ‘Total Dhamaal’ co-starring Ajay Devgn, Madhuri Dixit and Arshad Warsi. Sonam, on the other hand, has ‘The Zoya Factor’ with Dulquer Salman.
