Emraan Hashmi and Mallika Sherawat bury the hatchet after 20 years as they greet each other with a tight hug- WATCH

Renowned producer Anand Pandit hosted a star-studded wedding reception of his Aishwarya and son-in-law Sahil’s on April 12 in Mumbai. Several notable Bollywood celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu, Shriya Saran and Shilpa Shetty among others attended it. At the event, Murder co-stars Emraan Hashmi and Mallika Sherawat also grabbed attention as they posed and shared a warm hug 20 years after their alleged fallout.

Emraan and Mallika left everyone startled after they posed together at Anand Pandit’s daughter’s reception. Dressed in a pink dress, Mallika looked gorgeous while Emraan looked dapper in his black suit. Before moving ahead for pictures together, the two actors happily interacted for a while and even shared a warm hug. As the paparazzi cheered for them, Emraan and Mallika couldn’t stop smiling and blushing.

About Emraan-Mallika feud

Reports about all not being well between the actors surfaced during the promotion of Murder in 2004. During a 2021 interview, Mallika opened up about the fight and called her fight with Emraan “childish”, She said, “The funniest was with Emraan Hashmi after or during Murder. We didn’t speak and now I think it was so childish. It was after the film I think during promotions or something we had a misunderstanding. It was so uncalled for and so childish on my part also”.

Emraan also created a buzz when he called Mallika a “bad kisser” on Karan Johar’s show, ‘Koffee With Karan’. During the episode, when Karan asked him what one might find in Mallika’s bedroom, he replied, “An idiot’s guide to succeed in Hollywood.” Mallika reacted to Emraan’s comments on her and said in an interview that the snake she kissed in her film ‘Hisss’ was a better kisser than her ‘Murder’ co-star.

However, their reunion left everyone excited and looks like they have let all the water under the bridge.
