Trust Emraan Hashmi to treat his fans with melodious and chartbuster songs and he will never disappoint you. The actor has this unique knack of picking up songs that goes on to top the charts. His latest music single, Lut Gaye, is also going to be one of them.
After a long time, Emraan featured in a music single Lut Gaye. Tseries dropped the track today. The song is a romantic ballad penned by Manoj Muntashir and sung by Jubin Nautiyal. The soulful track features Yukti Thareja opposite Emraan.
Earlier sharing a BTS clip of the song, Emraan has posted, “The language of love will be redefined this month. Take a look at the BTS of this romantic track #LutGaye that we were thrilled to shoot.” Today sharing the track on his social media handles, the actor wrote, “Fall hard in love or not at all. How to love it right is what #LutGaye is all about. Song out! Tune in now. #LoveYouToDeath(sic).”
In the track we see, Emraan playing an undercover cop (Vijay) who falls for a bride (Yukti) after saving her from goons. Later the bride ends up saving Vijay’s life at the cost of her own. The story is set in the 90s and by the end of the song, we learn that after the bride’s death, Vijay kills the goons in an encounter. The undercover cop then went on to become the most dreaded encounter cops of Mumbai police.

The romantic ballad is directed by Radika Rao and Vinay Sapru. Tanishk Bagchi has composed it.
