Emraan Hashmi’s ‘Raaz Reboot’ leaks online

Emraan Hashmi’s upcoming supernatural thriller ‘Raaz Reboot’ has leaked online. The Vikram Bhatt directorial that is the last in the list of the very popular ‘Raaz’ franchise was to release on September 16. Thus it joins the list of movies that have been leaked before their release, in the recent times, thus affecting their box office collection.

This was revealed by Emraan Hashmi when he posted a heartfelt message to his fans requesting them to go watch the film in a theater. Hashmi tweeted,

This seems to be the bane of filmmakers as movies such as ‘Udta Punjab’, ‘Great Grand Masti’ leaked online causing a loss to the makers. Though Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’ and Rajinikanth’s ‘Kabali’ too leaked hours before their release the leak made no dent in their box office status.

Emraan Hashmi’s Raaz Reboot marks the debut of Kriti Kharbanda in Bollywood, and is to clash with Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu starrer ‘Pink’ at the box-office. Looks like the online leak and the clash with a Big B film might cause a loss to the supernatural thriller. The clear picture will be out on September 16.

The viewers too should take a stand and say no to piracy.
