Esha Deol showers love on nephew Karan Deol and his wife Drisha Acharya after skipping the wedding

Sunny Deol’s son Karan Deol married his longtime girlfriend Drisha Acharya on Sunday in the presence of his close friends and family members. Esha Deol, who was reportedly invited for her nephew’s wedding, was nowhere to be seen. However, Esha Deol took to her Instagram Stories and showered love on the newlyweds Karan Deol and Drisha Acharya.

Here’s how Esha Deol wished the newlyweds

On Tuesday, Esha took to Instagram and wrote, “Congratulations Karan and Drisha. Wishing you both a lifetime of togetherness and happiness (red heart and evil eye amulet emojis).”

Esha is the elder daughter of veteran actors Dharmendra and Hema Malini. She is the half-sister of actors Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, who are Dharmendra’s children with first wife Prakash Kaur. Sunny’s sons Karan and Rajveer are Esha’s nephews.

Karan and Drisha’s wedding was an intimate affair. If reports are to be believed, Karan and Drisha dated for six years before tying the knot. On Tuesday, Karan shared a bunch of photos from his dreamy wedding with Drisha. In one of the photos, Dharmendra happily posed with his first wife Prakash Kaur. Sunny Deol and wife Pooja smiled and posed with the newlyweds.

Karan shared the pics and wrote in the caption, “Grateful for the abundant blessings and the support of our cherished family, with hearts overflowing, we express gratitude and gratefulness.”

After the wedding, the Deol family hosted a grand wedding reception for their close friends and family members. Several celebrities including Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Shatrughan Sinha, Jackie Shroff, Prem Chopra and Anupam Kher among others.
