EXCLUSIVE: Ajay Devgn to produce Ranbir Kapoor’s film with Luv Ranjan?

Ranbir Kapoor has not really witnessed a great run at the plexes in the last few years but the actor has some interesting films lined up. After ‘Brahmastra’, he begins work on ‘Shamshera’ which is the YRF actioner, directed by Karan Malhotra. And along with these two adventure flicks, he also has a rom-com in hand.

Luv Ranjan and Ranbir are teaming up for a film, which is expected to go on floors next year. The producer-director is currently working on the script and Ranbir has already given a go ahead. With ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ crossing the 100 crore mark, Luv has become one of the most sought-after directors today. While news of Ranbir doing Luv’s film is out, what one doesn’t know is the film will be produced by another superstar. Ajay Devgn has decided to invest in the film, and Luv who has a great rapport with the superstar, is happy to have him on board. Ajay and Luv are currently collaborating on a film together – ‘De De Pyar De’ – which also stars Tabu and Rakul Preet Singh. Luv is producing the comedy whereas Akiv Ali directs it.
