EXCLUSIVE: Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan to direct a web series?

Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan also a wonderful actress chooses to go behind the cameras a few years ago. However Soni’s luck as a director has not worked wonderfully yet, but now she has bigger plans in place.

Soni who is currently busy promoting her film ‘Raazi’ has decided to direct a web series.

According to the sources, she is closely working with a writer on a specific subject, which she has kept under the warps. Initially, she wanted to make it into a film but as the script developed she is keen to make it into a web series. She will soon start looking for the right cast for the same. Soni has earlier directed ‘Nazar’ in 2005 which bombed at the box office. Well, the question remains would she ever direct her talented daughter Alia Bhatt? Let’s wait till the right time as things unfold. Meanwhile, Soni will be seen sharing the screen space with daughter Alia Bhatt in ‘Raazi’ which also stars Vicky Kaushal.
