EXCLUSIVE: Anil Kapoor reveals his FIRST reaction to Sonam Kapoor’s pregnancy

Anil Kapoor is reversing in age and is mostly in the headlines for his younger looks these days. The dashing star is known for his sense of style and also his sense of humour.  Anil Kapoor is now gearing up to become a grandfather after his daughter and actress Sonam Kapoor announced her pregnancy with her husband Anand Ahuja. Netizens hailed him as the ‘youngest grandfather’ on the block.

At present, Anil Kapoor is seen in the family drama Jug Jugg Jeeyo co-starring Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani and Neetu Kapoor.

In an exclusive chat with the Bollywood Bubble host Nayandeep Rakshit, Anil Kapoor candidly answered fans’ questions. One of the fans called Anil Kapoor the hottest-looking Nana and also asked about his reaction to being a nana soon.

Anil Kapoor revealed his first reaction to the good news and said, “I’ll tell you what you know, obviously for me it will actually happen when it will really really actually happen. See when I got the news I was very excited very emotional. Now I don’t know,  I’m gonna you know you see,  uh…shall l I react the way I reacted in that film and I got the news where I got a baby good news. That performance I had given what will I do? So I don’t know, I said you know you’re an actor you’re a nana you’re a father so there are so many things you know and uh so I hope when I react I hope they don’t feel I’m acting.”

The actor further added, “Quickly I’ll answer this you see what I have done, I’ve never been delusional. Actually, the reason people react to me like that is that I am doing roles which somewhere suit my age, I did the transition quite early which I think is the best decision so what happens is I am performing so what happens is I am happy performing so there’s no stress and I’m not strained, yeah people say I am looking young so next picture can I play Varun Dhawan, no I can play Varun’s father. So when I am doing Varun’s father I m happy performing so there’s no stress. I am doing characters strong characters but I am not stressed that “Am I looking young, Am I looking like this or that.” So somewhere where I do these kinds of roles the way I am so then they automatically feel I’m looking better. if I try too hard I’m sure the reaction would be, “No, No he is not the same anymore.” It’s kind of the way you conduct your life, and that comes through that I think you know personally and professionally in every way keeping myself fit not taking my body for granted.”

Talking about JugJugg Jeeyo, are loving the family drama and it is on a minting spree at the box office. Within three days of its release, the movie has crossed the Rs 60 crores mark at the worldwide box office.
