And then finally Subhash ji ne mujhe mauka dia in Apna Sapna Money Money, that ‘Oh Sahab ji’ that Nepali character and of course came the iconic ‘Aakhri Pasta’ with Sajid Nadiadwala (When I came here I had to start again from Zero. I had to go around the same offices again. I remember I went to Ram Gopal Varma, then Harry Baweja gave me a break with Qayamat and I got a few roles. The actor added, “It’s been a journey. There’s been innings in it. But I have also changed as a person. Mujhe yaad hai jab mein Mumbai mein aaya toh mein soch raha tha sirf meri filmein chale, baaki ki filmein logon ki nahin chale (I remember when I came back to Mumbai, I was thinking only my films should work and others shouldn’t) But now I’ve grown up. I’ve become more mature. I enjoy watching other people also succeeding and it gives me happiness. Jab humare baradri ke log (When our community members) they succeed it’s a great feeling and one should be like that. You should enjoy other people’s success. You should celebrate life. Life is not all about your celebration, it’s about celebrating with the world also and in that way you’re happy.”

Chunky has been a part of films like Aag Hi Aag, Tezaab, Kasam Vardi Kee, Gola Barood, Lootere, Om Shanti Om, and Housefull 3 among others.
