EXCLUSIVE: Trolls asked if Ranveer Singh was okay with Deepika Padukone’s kisses in Gehraiyaan, her response deserves claps

Deepika Padukone is currently busy promoting her upcoming movie titled Gehraiyaan. The movie also features Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday and Dhairya Karwa. The makers of the Shakun Batra-directed movie have shared the first rushes from the film and given a glimpse of what to expect from Gehraiyaan. The trailer and teaser of Gehraiyaan featured intimate moments between co-actors Deepika and Gully Boy fame Siddhant. After catching a glimpse of Deepika and Siddhant’s chemistry, many were eager to know if Padukone’s husband, actor Ranveer Singh was okay with the intimate moments in the upcoming movie. Trolls even asked if Ranveer Singh was okay with Deepika’s kisses in Gehraiyaan. In an exclusive chat with us, Padukone reacted.

Speaking with Bollywood Bubble, the Gehraiyaan actress said, “It’s stupid that we’re even reacting to it.” The actress reacted and shared that she feels it is stupid that a troll even asked if she sought permission from Ranveer to do the movie.

Deepika further continued, “I think, for us, that’s the most important thing. I don’t read comments. I’m pretty certain even he doesn’t. And, I think. Yuck! It just feels so stupid.”

During the interview, Deepika Padukone even revealed what reaction Ranveer Singh had after he watched the movie Gehraiyaan. She said, “I think he is extremely proud. He’s extremely proud of the film that we made and he’s extremely proud of my performance.”

Meanwhile, the movie Gehraiyaan is scheduled to release on February 11, on the streaming platform Amazon Prime Video. The movie stars Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Dhairya Karwa and Ananya Panday. It also features Naseeruddin Shah. The songs from the movie have been winning the internet and its full album was released only today.
