EXCLUSIVE: Samantha Akkineni wants to work with Rajkummar Rao; says, ‘I love his body of work’

The Family Man 2 hits digital platforms tonight and everyone’s waiting to watch Samantha Akkineni and Manoj Bajpayee create magic along with Priyamani and the remaining cast. We caught up with Manoj and Samantha and did a fun rapid-fire with them! From wanting to stalk Deepika Padukone and Rajinikanth to expressing their desire to work with Kamal Haasan and Rajkummar Rao, the two actors were a riot.

We asked Samantha one actor from the Hindi film industry that she would love to work with. “There are many. I love Rajkummar Rao. I love his body of work. I can’t wait to see what he is going to keep churning out,” she responded immediately.

Next, we asked which actor she would like to spy on, Samantha answered, “I think Deepika Padukone. She is the most beautiful. I feel if she is even human types? I feel secretly she is not human maybe at night. She is so gorgeous.”(laughs). 

Earlier revealing about her family’s reaction to the series, the actress had shared, “My family is always prepared, they know that they’re not going to expect normal, boring stuff. They’re always prepared for something like my previous film, Super Deluxe, the opening scene was.”

Samantha is all set to make her Hindi digital debut with Raj and DK’s The Family Man season 2. The actress is super excited about her show releasing tonight.
