EXCLUSIVE: Gajraj Rao on actors getting opportunities due to OTT: Golden period hai, sab hi ke liye

Actor Gajraj Rao has been winning hearts with his stellar performances. The actor is known for his acting prowess and performances. He was last seen in the movie Maja Maa, opposite Madhuri Dixit. The actor sat down with us for a candid conversation during the promotions of Maja Maa, with Madhuri Dixit and the cast of the movie.

In an exclusive interview with us, the Maja Maa actor was asked if he agrees that the barriers for actors has gone, Gajraj Rao agreed. And, agreeing to the same, the actor said “Absolutely“. He told Bollywood Bubble exclusively how it is a ‘golden period’ for actors and technicians in the entertainment industry due to the boom in OTT.

He added, “Golden period hai, sab hi ke liye. Actors ke liye, technicians ke liye. Kuch saal pehle, aise hota tha ki, aapke pass jo kaam aaye, woh aap kar lete ho. Usmein jyada debate nahi hoti thi. (It is the Golden period, for everyone. For actors and for technicians. Some years ago, it was such that you do whatever work you get. There was not much debate on that).”

The Maja Maa actor continued, “Aaj ke taareeq mein, actors ke paas choices hai, writers ke paas choice hai. Jab choice hoti hai, tab aap thoda sa empowerment aata hai. Aap sahi kaam kar paate hai. Woh hit hoga, ya successful hoga, woh toh sab secondary hai. (In today’s time, actors have choices, writers have a choice. When there is choice, you feel a bit empowered. You can do the right kind of work. If that is hit or successful, that is secondary).”

” Aap maza leke kar sakte hai ya nahi, mujhe lagta hai, yeh woh zone hai (Whether, you can enjoy the work you are doing, or not; I think, this is that zone),” Rao concluded.
