EXCLUSIVE: Genelia D’Souza and Riteish Deshmukh REVEAL how they divide work between them for kids

One of the cutest couples in Bollywood, Genelia D’Souza and Riteish Deshmukh are often seen flourishing couple goals on their social media accounts. From making funny reels to making some romantic videos, couples should really attend Genelia and Riteish’s chemistry 101 class, yes, they are that adorable! However, besides that, the couple who is parents to 2 boys are wonderful as father and mother. They have two cute sons Riaan and Rahyl who they welcomed in 2014 and 2016 respectively.

As they are working parents, Riteish and Genelia have divided work among themselves for their kids but there’s a funny story behind it. While exclusively talking about her schedule to Bollywood Bubble, the Tere Naal Love Hogaya actress revealed, “So Riteish does one day which is great, I mean I know a lot of dads who do a lot of things. The distant learning that our kids have been doing online, I used to do it all five days and I felt like I need one day off because I need a different perspective. I don’t feel like I’m not good at the whole thing for the child. I want to do my best. So, I asked Riteish would you do one day, he said ‘yes, of course,’ So, every time he realises that Wednesday is coming which is his day…”

Riteish then exclaims, “Oh my god, this Wednesday of my life.” Genelia then adds with a laugh, “He says, ‘I’ve never found anything more tolerable than this.’” The Housefull actor then jokingly adds, “Basically, because of my child’s education, one day of my week is ruined.”

They even talk about sharing values with their kids and their take on homemakers. Moreover, Deshmukh also shared how he has asked the paparazzi to avoid clicking kids pictures outside the school.
