EXCLUSIVE: Janhvi Kapoor reveals she and Varun Dhawan were kicked out of a restaurant; here’s why

Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan will be seen together in the upcoming film ‘Bawaal’. Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan wrapped up shooting for the film in July. The actors had shared photos from Bawaal sets on Instagram. Now, in an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble for the new episode of Cook Off, Janhvi recalled she and Varun were kicked out of a restaurant in Paris.

Janhvi said, “It was in Paris. For some reason, me and Varun kept getting kicked out of restaurants or not like allowed to enter restaurants because we weren’t dressed appropriately.”

The actress added, “We just landed. We decided that we won’t go out for dinner and we will just read lines on at the courtyard of our little tiny hotel in Normandy. We were in our night suits. Aur samne hi 2-3 restaurants the and bhook lagne lagi so we were like let’s go ask and none of them let us in. They were like ‘no, not allowed’ because I was literally in my night suit and he was like it’s because of how you are dressed.”

Janhvi went on to add, “Finally we found a place. We literally begged them to let us in. We were like ‘very hungry just got off please food’ and taras kha ke unhone hame 2 omelets diye aur jo daba ke khaya (Taking pity on us, they gave us 2 omelets and we devoured them).”

Apart from Bawaal, Janhvi also has Mr and Mrs Mahi. She will be sharing screen space with RajKummar Rao in the same. Janhvi also has Milli.
