EXCLUSIVE: Katrina Kaif follows in ex-lover Ranbir Kapoor’s footsteps. Deets Inside

Katrina Kaif is one the most sought after actresses in Bollywood. The actress’ last release ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ released in December and broke many records as the movie became one of the fastest Bollywood films to enter the 200 crore club. The ‘Baar Baar Dekho’ actress this year too has two major releases namely ‘Zero’ and ‘Thugs of Hindostan’. And now, looks like Katrina is in the mood for some experiment.

If sources are to be believed, Katrina Kaif, after dominating the box office now has her sight set on the latest trend, web series. According to sources, director Kabir Khan a few days ago had approached Katrina to be the leading lady of his web series. Katrina, however, was busy shooting for her films. Also, she was a bit skeptical about associating herself with the project.

However, now, after considering the same for some time, the actress has given her nod and will soon commence the shooting for it. Kabir and Katrina have worked in three films together namely ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘New York’ and ‘Phantom’ and all have fared decently at the box office. We tried getting in touch with Kabir over the news but he was unavailable for comment.

Interestingly, Katrina Kaif’s ex-boyfriend and her ‘Jagga Jasoos’ co-star Ranbir Kapoor too was recently seen in a web film ‘Love Per Square Foot’, wherein he had a cameo. Looks like Katrina Kaif too seems to be following into Ranbir’s footsteps.
