Major actor Adivi Sesh sat down with us for chat during the promotions of his movie. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Adivi Sesh opened up about the ‘Bollywood can’t afford me’ comment made by Mahesh Babu. He shared his thoughts on the same.
Reacting to Mahesh Babu’s ‘Bollywood’ comment, Adivi Sesh said, “I think, a lot of us, especially who are familiar with Mahesh sir’s humour, know that he said it half in jest. And also, what does it also mean.”

He further added, “The moment they put it up as a headline, is what it sort of created these flames. Aur mujhe yeh bhi lagta hai ki woh flames bahar public ko farak nahi padta hai. And that’s all it was. I don’t think the Major team ever felt the need to give a clarification.”
The Major actor continued, “On the contrary, I kid you not, even after that, we’ve gotten so much love. People have said, ‘Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan ki kahani, we’re really looking forward to it’. And today, for the first time in my career, people are saying, congratulations, instead of good luck, before the release of my film.”
