EXCLUSIVE: Mouni Roy gushes about life post marriage with husband Suraj Nambiar: I feel very blessed

Mouni Roy tied the knot with Dubai-based entrepreneur Suraj Nambiar on January 27, 2022. Mouni and Suraj’s wedding was an intimate affair. Now in an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Mouni opened up about her life post marriage with Suraj.

The actress shared, “Life is beautiful and I’m really, really lucky to have him as a life partner. Him and my mum-in-law and my dad-in-law they have been so encouraging. I think all three of them have gone and watched the movie like some 2-3 times and they are taking their respective friends and going to different theatres and watching. I just feel very very blessed. Everybody should find the right kind of life partner like I have.”

When asked about the one thing that Suraj has brought into her life, Mouni said, “Perspective. Lots and lots of perspective and love and respect to say nevertheless.”

Talking about Mouni in Brahmastra, she played a villain in the film. Mouni as Junoon won hearts and many can’t stop talking about her villainous act in the film. The actress is beyond happy as she is receiving love from friends, family members and fans. When asked if she expected such immense love, she said, “No, not at all. I am so shocked and surprised beyond imagination that people have welcomed her so beautifully. They all love to hate her and that is a very new feeling for me.”

Brahmastra is doing well at the box office. The Ayan Mukerji directorial has collected Rs 128.50 crores at the domestic box office. Bollywood Bubble gave 4 stars to Brahmastra. A part of the review reads, “Brahmastra is one visual extravaganza that you can’t afford to miss it. It is a visual treat which is backed by shining performance. The plot is not as strong as one would hope but the VFX of the film is the selling point that will drive you to the theatres. The fact that Ayan Mukerji has tried something so different and unique is applaudable.”
