For the second time this year, RajKummar Rao is set to don the cop uniform with his upcoming release tomorrow. Earlier in the year, RajKummar played a funny cop in Badhaai Do, but here in HIT: The First Case, he plays a rather intense officer who is going through some difficult situations in his real life.

Since there is such a drastic difference between the two characters in their traits, RajKummar Rao admits that his learnings and take away from both of them have been quite different too. In a recent exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble, the actor opened up about the same.
While with Badhaai Do, he took away “you should accept who you are,” with Vikram Jai Singh in HIT, his take away was something different, which also includes an advice for his character. He said, “With Vikram Jai Singh from HIT, I have learned is that you don’t have to be so harsh on yourself. Vikram is carrying so much of baggage, he is going through such a trauma, but he is still at it at his job, at his work front. So he can take it easy sometimes, he is very harsh on himself.”

The actor also gives an update on the future of the HIT franchise. When asked if the film will have a sequel like it had down South, he answered in the affirmative. He informed, “Yes, there will be HIT: The Second case, but here I think his (director, Dr Sailesh Kolanu) plan is slightly different. Here he wants to follow the character like I would be playing Vikram Jai Singh in the second one and the third one. I think there what his plan is to take different actors for different HIT series, but here he wants to follow Vikram Jai Singh’s journey. And eventually, you never know, he might mix all of us together in one film.”
