EXCLUSIVE: RajKummar Rao on his life after marriage to Patralekhaa: I now introduce myself as her husband

RajKummar Rao and Patralekhaa are one of the most loved and adored couples in the entertainment intudstry. After dating for 12 years, the couple finally tied the knot last year, in the presence of close friends and family. RajKummar, who is currently gearing up for the release of his next movie titled Hit: The First Case, sat down with us for a candid chat, during the promotions of the movie.

In an exclusive interview, RajKummar Rao opened up about his life after his marriage to Patralekhaa. He revealed how he introduces himself now. And, the Hit actor shared how his wife has been an inspiration in his work and life.

When asked if anything has changed after his marriage to Patralekhaa, RajKummar told Bollywood Bubble, “Nothing has changed. I just feel more complete, I would say. But, apart from that, nothing actually changed. Of course now, the introduction is different. I have started introducing her as ‘This is Patralekhaa, I am her husband, RajKummar Rao’.”

Talking about what has changed, he added, “That ‘husband wife, the terms have changed, apart from that, nothing.” The actor further said, “It’s not like, ‘She’s my wife’, I am her husband too.”

Sharing if Patralekhaa has been an inspiration in his work in anyways, the Hit: The First case actor said, “Always!” He added, “She is my most honest critic, in everything. If she doesn’t like something I wear, she would tell me honestly, on my face. And, for betterment and for my growth.” The actor continued, “Even work-wise, the kind of film she doesn’t like a film, she would tell me directly ‘Why are you doing that film? You deserve better’.”
