EXCLUSIVE: Rashmika Mandanna expresses her desire to work with Kartik Aaryan: One day, hopefully

Rashmika Mandanna had been the national crush even before she stepped into the Hindi film industry. The actress had been a big name already down South, giving one success after the other, and winning hearts of the audiences simultaneously with her innocence and charm. Then last year, she made her presence felt in Bollywood too with the Amitabh Bachchan co-starrer Goodbye, and now she is all set to release her next Hindi film Mission Majnu in just a few days. Before that, Rashmika Mandanna got into an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble for Trail Blazers 2022, where she expressed her desire to work with another young heartthrob, Kartik Aaryan.

Even before Rashmika Mandanna and Kartik Aaryan ever shared screen space together, the potential of the chemistry between these two young stars had already created quite a buzz. Then, the two came together for an advertisement and all those expectations came true, with people loving the electrifying chemistry the two shared. They haven’t yet been signed to star in a film together, but their fans are holding out hope for it, and turns out even Rashmika is one of them. When mentioned about the possibility of her working with Kartik, Rashmika smiled and said, “One day, one day, someday, hopefully.”

Apart from that, she was also left quite impressed with Kartik’s portrayals in 2022 as when asked about her favourite performances from the gone year, the actress started her list with the mention of the actor only. She shared, “I think Kartik has been doing real well because of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and again Freddy, which are just so different from one another.” Rashmika than went on to again mention Kartik’s name in her wish list of future co-stars which included some more interesting names as well. She informed, “I want to definitely work with Ram Charan sir. Kartik would be nice. And then I want to work with Yash sir and I definitely want to work with Fahadh (Faasil) sir. I think these are in my top list.”

Just like Rashmika, we are also rooting for some filmmaker to cast Kartik and her together as the two of them are genuinely nation’s heartthrobs and they indeed share a spark that will explode on the big screen.
