Exclusive – Sanjay Dutt’s Play Cancelled Due To Security Reasons

Sanjay Dutt was to perform in a play for the ‘Prisoners Welfare Association’ at Yerawada Jail Pune where Dutt is serving his sentence under the ‘Arms Act’ in connection with the Mumbai Blast case. His family was quite excited to see him on stage, but were disappointed as the play was called of due to security reasons.

As per sources, Dutt has been receiving threats, and today’s event which was supposed to have been scheduled in an auditorium in Pune was to be attended by the Home Minister and Chief Minister of the state. Reciprocating to the security alert, organizers decided to call off the event.

His sister Priya and wife Maanyata who were also present, were quite taken aback when the event was called-off.
