Bollywood stars are skipping gyms for alternative but innovative exercising techniques. There was a fad, sometimes back of hitting the gym for many an hour to get a hot and enviable body to look like a million bucks, but this fad seems to be diminishing. The new group of actors are breaking away from the time and tested techniques to something new. They are experimenting with unique forms of fitness that range from dancing and diving to extreme sports.

Akshay (costar Akshay Kumar) rehearsed the body language with me, then got Olympian Vijender Singh to teach me the moves. After we were done with the film, I got myself a trainer and at the end of a long and frustrating day I vent out all my aggression on my punching bag”.Then we have Shraddha Kapoor, who has taken to B-Boying and hip hop dancing to remain fit.
Sri Lankan model cum actress Jacqueline Fernandez who has one of the fittest body in Bollywood maintains it by belly dancing lessons from a professional in Bandra. She recently cleared Level 3 and practises for two hours at least two or three times a week. Parineeti Chopra who was quite chubby in her debut has gone on to cut all the fat by scuba diving she said”,When I first signed up for a scuba diving course, I was nervous.
