Exclusive! Swara Bhaskar says Sonam Kapoor richly deserved the National Award

Sonam Kapoor has received a Special Mention at National Awards 2017 for her fantastic performance in ‘Neerja’. We contacted Sonam’s friend and her ‘Raanjhanaa’ co-star Swara Bhaskar to know how she felt on the actress’ win.

Apart from ‘Raanjhanaa’, Sonam and Swara had also shared screen space in ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’. The two will also be seen in a film titled ‘Veerey Di Wedding’. The movie also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Shikha Talsania in the lead role. The shooting of the film will kickstart soon.
