In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Taapsee Pannu shares that she doesn’t have any time to spend for irrelevant things in her life; she has better things to do in her life. Kangana Ranaut used to have her war of words with Taapsee Pannu and often called her ‘sasti copy’ indicating that the Thappad actress was trying to copy her.
Taapsee says, “I matter a lot, what I say, what I do matters a lot. I don’t have to do much to get the attention. Just my sheer presence is enough. I am very glad that my presence has made that much of impact. I don’t have the time to give that attention back. I have bigger and better things to do in my life. And I am doing that.”

After doing modeling for a few years, Pannu made her acting debut with the 2010 Telugu film Jhummandi Naadam and later acted in the 2011 Tamil film, Aadukalam. She made her Hindi film debut with David Dhawan’s comedy Chashme Baddoor. After appearing in several South Indian films, Pannu got noticed for her performance in the courtroom drama Pink, which was a critical and commercial success. She is also the owner of the badminton franchise Pune 7 Aces, which plays in the Premier Badminton League. She is also vocal about several social and political issues and known for taking stand against wrong things.
Haseen Dillruba, directed by Hasee toh Phasee fame Vinil Mathew and also starring Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane in lead roles, will see Pannu in the role of Rani Kashyap, a feisty woman who is a fan of a fictional Hindi crime novelist, Dinesh Pandit.
