The year 2017 was a mixed year for  superstar Salman Khan. The ‘Dabangg’ actor had two releases in the year namely, ‘Tubelight’ and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’. The first failed miserably whereas the later is still breaking records at the box office. Looks like Bhai has got over the ‘Tubelight’ loss. Now, he is getting ready to break more records with his next, ‘Race 3’. (Also Read: Race 3: After ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ Salman strikes his favourite ‘back’ pose, yet again)

Salman, who has been continuously dominating the time around Eid for his releases has the same plan for this year too. And according to sources, the actor is taking extra efforts in the Remo D’Souza directorial. Apart from acting in the film, Salman is looking into the film’s direction department as well. If sources are to be believed, every scene in the film has to have the actor’s nod and it’s finalised only when Salman gives his approval. This has resulted in the delay of shooting schedule and even some scenes had to be revised as Salman wasn’t happy with the outcome. This film has completed its first schedule but the delay has affected the second schedule of the film.

Well looks like Salman doesn’t want to repeat the ‘Tubelight’ fiasco and hence has involved himself in the film’s making process.
Talking about the film, it’s the third installment of the ‘Race’ franchise. The film apart from Salman also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Anil Kapoor, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem and Bobby Deol in the pivotal roles. The film will release in Eid this year.
