EXCLUSIVE: Will Kareena Kapoor Khan return with Salman Khan for Bajrangi Bhaijaan sequel? Here’s what she says

Kabir Khan’s directorial venture Bajrangi Bhaijaan, starring Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor was one of the biggest blockbusters in 2015. Given the fact, Bajrangi Bhaijaan was a box office hit, Salman Khan confirmed that the film will have a sequel back in December. Moreover, during a meet and greet with paps on his 56th birthday, Salman said that K V Vijayendra Prasad has titled the sequel Pawan Putra Bhaijaan.

As we all know that Bajrangi Bhaijaan sequel is headlined by Salman, and many wonder if Kareena Kapoor will also be a part of it. During a funny rapid-fire segment, the Laal Singh Chaddha actor was asked what will she say when she meets Salman. To which she said, “I think I’ll be happy to see him as I don’t see him much.” However, our host probed her about Pawan Putra Bhaijaan, to which, Bebo asks, ‘What is that?’ When enlighten about its sequel, she says, ‘Oh, is it? I’ve no idea’.

Earlier, speaking about the Bajrangi Bhaijaan sequel, Salman Khan said, “No there is nothing like that. If it happens it will be great as Rajamouli is a very good director. But I am definitely working with his father, K.V. Vijayendra Prasad. He has written the script of Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2016), and now he is writing its sequel too and has named it Pavan Putra Bhaijaan.”

The director Kabir Khan also responded to the same, mentioning that neither the script nor the idea has been ideated right now. There’s nothing that can be shared now. He said, “I would like to only speak about 83 right now. That announcement is something that Salman did. Neither the script is written, nor has the idea been formed really. There is literally nothing right now we can talk about.”
