Exes Kangana Ranaut and Aditya Pancholi get embroiled in a legal tussle

We don’t know if it is good or bad, but seems like wherever Kangana Ranaut goes, trouble follows her. It’s majorly because of her outspoken and frank attitude that she often ends up landing in trouble. Her recent appearance on ‘Aap Ki Adalat’ and interview with Barkha Dutt, gave way for some explosive confessions by the actress. She addressed her troubled past with Aditya Pancholi (who is married to actress Zarina Wahab) and also spoke about Hrithik Roshan. She called Aditya Pancholi a “mentor turned tormentor” referring to the torturous times with him. While the latter chose not to comment on it, the former and his wife are infuriated with the actress for washing dirty linen in public.

Aditya Pancholi and his wife Zarina have slapped Kangana with a legal notice for defamation. Now, Kangana’s lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui has replied to the same. He received the legal notice on September 26 and sent the response today. (Also Read: Kangana Ranaut: I get things only after I fight for them)

He said in a statement, “The defamation notice received by the advocate representing Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab has been duly replied to. My client, who has been a victim of crime has largely spoken about her personal experiences, which were already reported on various media platforms since the year 2007. Besides, the laws of the land do not give any added advantage to any male person to silence any (victim) woman under the threat of filing defamation proceedings against her.”
