Fan: Shah Rukh Khan to romance Waluscha De Sousa

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is busy shooting for director Maneesh Sharma’s Fan. The female lead of the movie was still under wraps, many names were being tossed around from Vaani Kapoor, Ileana D’Cruz to Parineeti Chopra. But seems like they are all out of the race. As finally, it seems that the role role will go to model Waluscha De Sousa.

Sources said, “It’s not a regular flick that has quintessential roles for a hero and heroine. The casting process of the film has been unusual. They’ve picked Waluscha, who is not from the industry, as the leading lady. She was a prominent supermodel after participating in a beauty pageant in 2000, but she took a break after marrying fashion choreographer Marc Robinson. Now, they have separated.”

Sources further added that, “Waluscha took special training in acting for this film. She has already started shooting with Shah Rukh Khan in south Mumbai and at an Andheri studio.”
