Actor Anil Kapoor has always surprised us with his performance and acting on the silver screen, for a long time now. The actor who’s 61-years-old has been always been up for experimenting with characters,and looks like the ‘Nayak’ actor is set to surprise us again with his forthcoming film ‘Fanne Khan’.

The actor who proudly flaunts his salt and pepper look for a change will be seen in a younger avatar on the silver screen. According to reports, Anil Kapoor will be seen playing a younger version of himself in director Atul Manjrekar’s ‘Fanne Khan’.

According to a report in DNA, a source says, “Anil essays the role of a father, who is a failed singer, in the musical-comedy. He will play his age for the most part, but will be seen as a 20-something in the flashback sequences.”

“The actor had shot for them first. Work on the film has been wrapped up now. Only a romantic song featuring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Rajkummar Rao is yet to be shot. They have used the age-reduction technique to get it right. The team had worked on that, right from the time the film was announced,” concludes the source.
