Farah Khan’s ‘Happy New Year’ Team caught rehearsing

Choreographer, director Farah Khan has kept much of the shoot of her movie under wraps but was recently spotted with her team of ‘Happy New Year’ actors at a suburban studio rehearsing to a song. The actors who were seen busy preparing for the song sequence that has a lot of acrobatic movements has been training really hard for the song for about a month.  The song which is being shot at the Kamlistan studios will span over 10 days. Buzz is that 2000 dancers are to be a part of this dance sequence.

As per sources, Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Paduokne, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani were seen dancing to the direction of Farah at a studio. What was more interesting were the way the actors were dressed, various neon hued costumes and what what more?  All of them in pink shoes, truly incredible. But the best was Deepika Padukone in a Manish Malhotra – short pink dress.

Farah the taskmaster as lovingly called by her actors posted on Twitter “I lov the buzz pre shoot..costume trials on 6th flr,dance rehearsals on 1st,edit on 5th! the office is a bee hive!. In all my 22 yrs of choreographing @iamsrk,1st time seeing him rehearse b4 a song shoot 4 #HNY ..aansoo nikal aaye.”

Looking at the picture we think ‘Happy New Year’ is going to create a record much better than ‘Chennai Express’.
