Farhan Akhtar confirms summer wedding with Shibani Dandekar

Actor, filmmaker, and singer Farhan Akhtar and his girlfriend Shibani Dandekar have finally decided to take their relationship to a new level. The couple who were seen flaunting their rings in their recent Instagram posts are aiming for a summer wedding. This news was confirmed by Farhan Akhtar in the recent episode of Tape Cast Season 2 with Bhumi Pednekar.

It so happened that Bhumi played a ‘Do not play’ cassette for Farhan hoping that there will be some interesting question in store for him and it had from Farhan’s girlfriend Shibani. She is heard asking the actor ‘When are we getting married’ to which Farhan who could not stop smiling on hearing his girlfriend’s voice replied, “I don’t know it may be April or April be ‘May’ Ahem!

Looks like we will soon have Farhan and Shibani bonded in holy matrimony this summer.

In addition to revealing the wedding month, Farhan also spoke highly of his relationship with Shibani as he said,

Farhan the spoke highly of his relationship with Shibani. He said, “She is an amazing woman. It’s been very special, the last year. You know we’ve been getting to know each other and I couldn’t be happier about it. But with the social media world again, we are constantly being told about the things we should be doing (laughs). But yeah, I have never felt so comfortable to share my personal stuff but I don’t know, I just feel like celebrating all this, it just feels very natural to me.”

Farhan and Shibani do make a good looking couple and their love for each other is truly admirable.
