Farhan Akhtar deletes his Facebook profile and THIS could be the reason

Actor-director Farhan Akhtar surprised everyone this morning by deleting his Facebook profile. The actor took to Twitter to inform his fans about it.

He tweeted, “Good morning. This is to inform you all that I have permanently deleted my personal Facebook account. However, the verified FarhanAkhtarLive page is still active.”

Well, we are yet to know the exact reason behind his decision to leave Facebook, but it could be the whole controversy surrounding the social networking site.

For the uninitiated, Facebook has been in news for the past couple of days due to a wrong reason. It is said that the private data of the Facebook users have been leaked and because of this many people have decided to delete their profile on the social networking site.
